By placing an order with InviteMart, you agree to the terms below for our digital invitation services: eCards, PDF invites, GIFs, video invites and caricature invites. Please read them carefully before you buy.

InviteMart is powered by Pacewalk.

• eCards (JPG / PDF): first draft within 4–6 working hours.
• Video, GIF and caricature invites: first draft in about 24 working hours.
• Timelines start once we receive your details. You review the draft before we make the final HD version.
• Urgent orders: priority delivery of a video or caricature invite costs ₹1,000 extra.
• During the wedding season and other rush periods, delivery can take a little longer.
• Our working hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST.

• Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable, as they are already discounted by up to 40%.
• Ready templates need 100% payment in advance, at checkout.
• Pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card or net banking through Razorpay.
• 18% GST is applicable on all purchases.

• We change the text and images in the sample you choose.
• Please send your final content carefully and check every spelling. We add the content exactly as you send it, and it cannot be changed once you lock it.
• Only the photos you send are added, and photos cannot be changed again and again.
• Photo editing is not included. If you need it, it costs ₹499 per image.
• If you don’t want photos, the image slides can be removed.
• Music can be changed to one song of your choice. Share the song link with us. We do not edit or cut songs.

• Changing the font style, colours or background costs ₹499 extra and must be requested before we start.
• Video frames are not moved, added or changed from their original position. Special changes cost ₹499 per slide.
• If you want a different template before we share the preview, we will switch it for you. Once the preview has been shared, a different template needs a new order.

• eCards: two free rounds of changes on the draft.
• Video invites: one free round of changes after the first draft.
• Once the final HD version is delivered, each extra round of changes costs ₹199 for eCards and ₹499 for video invites.

• eCards come as JPEG or PDF files.
• Video invites come in two sizes: an HD version through a Google Drive link and a WhatsApp version.
• The default size is 1080 × 1920 or 1080 × 2280 pixels. If you need another size, tell us before you order.
• Extra versions, for example separate versions for the bride’s and groom’s side or a version with only certain functions, cost 50% of the template price.
• We do not share open or editable files and templates.

• There is no full watermark on your final invite.
• A small “Designed by InviteMart.com” credit appears discreetly in the corner or on the last slide.
• You can remove it for ₹299 by choosing Remove Branding on the product page.

We design digital invites and signboards only and do not provide printed material. You receive an HD PDF file that you can print at any local printing press.

After your event, we may show your invitation or caricature in our portfolio. If you prefer not, tell us before you order or ask us to remove it at any time.
