How will I receive my WhatsApp invitation?
We send the final JPG or MP4 to you on WhatsApp. Forward it to your guests one by one, to family groups or through a broadcast list.
What is the difference between an eCard and a vertical video?
An eCard is a single portrait image (JPG) with all the details. A vertical video is an MP4 in 9:16 format with animation, which also fits a WhatsApp status.
Can guests open the venue location from WhatsApp?
Yes. Add the Google Map location or QR code option when you personalise, paste your venue’s Google Maps link, and guests can open directions straight from the invitation.
How long does it take?
The first draft of an eCard or PDF is sent on WhatsApp within 4–6 working hours of receiving your details. Videos, GIFs and caricature designs take about 24 working hours. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST, and urgent delivery is available for ₹1,000 extra.
How many changes are included?
eCards and PDFs include 2 rounds of changes; videos include 1 round. Extra rounds cost ₹199 for an eCard and ₹499 for a video.
