Return Policy

InviteMart creates custom digital invitations delivered as JPG, PDF and MP4 files. Because every invite is personalised for you, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

You review the draft before we make the final HD version, so the design you approve is exactly what you receive. We are committed to your satisfaction, and the rules below explain when we can refund or replace an order.

Refunds are offered only in these limited cases:

• You received the wrong design or product.
• The delivered file is corrupted or has a technical error that makes it unusable.
• You paid twice for the same order by mistake.

If you receive the wrong digital design or file from our team, we will replace it with the correct one.

Payments are not refundable once the final approved digital product has been delivered. Refunds are also not possible for:

• A change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect details or spelling mistakes in the content you sent us.
• Extra changes or requests beyond the agreed scope of your order.

• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Ready templates are paid 100% in advance at checkout.
• We change the text and images in the sample you choose. Font style or colour changes cost ₹499 extra.
• Only the photos you send are used, and photos cannot be changed again and again.
• Free changes on the draft: two rounds for eCards and one round for video invites. Changes after approval are charged separately.
• eCards are delivered as JPEG or PDF files. Source files are not shared.
• A small “Designed by InviteMart” credit appears on the invite. Removing it costs ₹299.
